How on earth does a typical Arnie Schwartzenegger shoot-em-up make it into my top 10? Because it's not a typical shoot-em-up, but a pure spoof of the movies the California Governor is famed for. Oh yes there is plenty of action and effects – the shot of two Sea-Harriers firing missiles at a bridge over the Florida Keys is particularly impressive – but right through this riotius ride of a movie runs a recurring theme of fun, of the characters having a laugh at themselves. Definitely my favourite scene is Arnie in the pilot's seat of one of the said Sea-Harriers, bashing into police cars as he tries to take off, the sound punctuated by regular cries of "sorreee".
